Purchased a small salad, making it with spinach, romaine lettuce, kale & quinoa, kidney beans, and various other toppings. After eating halfway through, a live bug was laying in my bowl wiggling!! Two hours later, got severe stomach pain and cramps. Followed by chills, nausea and diarrhea.
