Iwaspoisoned.com Attends the LA County Restaurant Association Food Safety Advisory Council Meeting

Mar 28, 2017

During the LA County Restaurant Association Food Safety Advisory Council meeting in Downey, CA, on March 22nd, 2017, we had the opportunity to showcase Iwaspoisoned.com and its unique approach to food safety through crowdsourced reporting. Our presentation focused on the critical role of our platform in gathering real-time data from consumers about foodborne illness incidents, which is essential for enhancing food safety in the restaurant sector.

The meeting allowed us to delve into the dynamics of integrating technology with conventional food safety measures. We emphasized the importance of collaboration between digital platforms, the food industry, and regulatory agencies, highlighting how such partnerships can lead to improved food safety protocols and consumer trust in dining establishments.

This event was a valuable forum for exchanging ideas and strategies with food safety professionals, enriching our understanding and approach to tackling foodborne illnesses. Our participation in the LA County Restaurant Association Food Safety Advisory Council meeting was instrumental in furthering our mission to create a safer food environment and continues to inform our efforts at Iwaspoisoned.com.
