Iwaspoisoned.com Founder speaks at the 2018 Rocky Mountain Food Safety Conference

May 9, 2018

Patrick Quade, Founder & CEO of IWasPoisoned.com & Dinesafe.org, spoke at the 2018 Rocky Mountain Food Safety Conference, held in Arvada, Colorado.

Established in 1972, the Rocky Mountain Food Safety Conference has become the premier food safety conference of the Rocky Mountain region and beyond.

The annual Rocky Mountain Food Safety Conference provides a unique opportunity that brings together food industry professionals, community members, and local food safety officials.

Speaking to attendees, Patrick discussed how the recent growth of social media and smartphones has changed our social behavior, and how these changes can improve public food safety.

Patrick also discussed IWasPoisoned.com and how it has been able to identify food safety issues early, increase awareness, and catch food-borne illness related outbreaks in real time. It was great meeting members of the Rocky Mountain community, and we look forward to speaking again next year.
