In 2018, we participated in the California Environmental Health Association's Annual Symposium in Sacramento. Our presentation, "Food Safety in the Age of Social Media," allowed us to discuss this important topic with public health professionals and the general public. Events like this are part of our ongoing national outreach efforts to engage with the public health community. Held in Mather, CA, on March 13th, 2018, this symposium was a key part of our ongoing efforts to engage with Public Health agencies, professionals, and the general public nationwide on crucial food safety issues.
